TOYOTA SUPRA A90 A91 & BMW G-SERIES B58 2nd GEN BILLET INTAKE MANIFOLD

This Fully Billet CNC Intake manifold will provide the best Air stream for your B58 engine and maximize its performance.

We have eliminated the original intercooler system while we increased the length of runner and it changes this intake manifold flow amazingly.

We have maintained the water coolant way through a channel under the plenum in order to maintain the plenum temperature low.

For this design the flange will use back the original o-ring gasket, however we will provide 6mm Teflon thermal gasket as well.

The throttle body position maintains the same place as well as the sensors, but we are able to provide you with a adapter in case you wish to change the throttle body to the other types.

 

The optional additional billet fuel rail system is attached by built in mounting brackets and fits for after markets fuel injectors bore 14mm x bore 11mm:

 

Methanol and nitrous placing has been located on top of each runners and 6 places on the plenums itself, however we will only drill and thread them through if the customer request, same goes for additional fuel rail as well, other wise it will maintain there as a potential option for further.

All the fittings, fasteners and gaskets will be provided.

 

Please take note that this is a fully billet

and cnc intake manifold and we did not use any type of welding process for this part.
