The TS4-HDMM kit includes ACT's popular Heavy Duty pressure plate, which utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and extend clutch life. The diaphragms go through a four-stage heat-treating process for exceptional performance and have precision cover stampings for consistency and rigidity. The kit also features modified spring-centered street discs with premium organic friction material and high copper content for improved heat transfer, as well as steel-backed lining for durability. These discs are modified with reduced marcel for quicker shift action to complement the ACT pressure plates. The heavy-duty torsional dampening springs are stronger than standard springs and are provided in the best sizes and spring rates for the application. These modified street discs offer smooth engagement, quiet operation, and increased strength and reliability.
