Their Race Series forged road wheels are a testament to their experience, delivering the look, fit, and performance that enthusiasts expect. Every Race Series forged wheel is manufactured to the highest tolerances and meets strict JWL and VIA certification. NEUSPEED has been designing and manufacturing forged wheels since 2003, starting with the RS10 and followed by the RS06 and the RS05. The latest addition to the Race Series forged wheels is made from a solid cylinder of aircraft-grade 6061-aluminum, pressurized with 10,000 tons of pressure to shape and improve its grain structure and properties. This results in near-zero porosity and a densely organized micro-structure, providing exceptional design, weight, and strength. Using a hydraulic forging process ensures a perfect blend of strength, lightness, and durability, as opposed to rotary forging.
