HRE S101SC Custom Wheels

The FMR® (Forged Monoblok Rim) is HRE’s exclusive technology for creating one-piece aluminum forged barrels. Utilizing the same process and material as their one-piece wheel forgings, the FMR® barrel is made from 6061-T6 forged aluminum and paired with a forged wheel center to produce the finest 2-piece forged wheel available. This technology offers greater stiffness, reduced mass, higher concentricity, and eliminates the air seal required of traditional three-piece wheels. The S1SC wheels feature aggressive styling similar to the Monoblok P1SC and incorporate various technical design features to increase stiffness and reduce mass. Attention to detail was given to spoke design, including intersection points and fastener flange surfacing. FMR® barrels are available in two lip profile options, Angled Lip and Flange Lip. The Angled Lip has a contemporary chamfer profile, creating a clean interface with the spoke ends and a large highlight. The Flange Lip emulates the motorsport look of traditional 3-Piece lips, providing a more lightweight visual appearance with smaller highlights.
