aerofabb Comp Series Carbon Swan Neck Rear Wing - A90/A91 Supra

The aerofabb® Competition Series Rear Wing Kit is constructed with precision CNC machined 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum Uprights and Airfoil Mounts, which are media blasted and UV stable hard coat anodized. The uprights have a knifed trailing edge to reduce drag and feed cleaner air to the element. The Airfoil and Trunk Mounts have pre-attached precision CNC knife cut foam mounting pads to reduce vibration, eliminate metal on paint contact, and create a weatherproof seal. The Wing Element is made with a precision machined billet aluminum mold and 2x2 Twill 3k or Plain Weave prepreg carbon fiber. It is then cured in an AutoClave and finished with a UV automotive clearcoat. The element weighs roughly 9 lbs. Stainless Steel hardware is used throughout the kit, featuring Torx AoA adjustment points. Durable and weatherproof black plastic washers are used on the Wing Elements AoA adjustment points to avoid marring the anodized finish. aerofabb® provides AoA adjustability on both the Wing Element and Endplates from 3-11deg in 2deg increments, depending on your current aero, suspension set-up/rake, or track of choice. The mounting system is FEA Optimized, using Finite Element Analysis software to reduce weight and ensure the components can maintain the load, stress, and stability needed to function properly.
