It has been successful on the track with quality aftermarket calipers, but has limited success with street-based calipers due to challenges such as pad size and caliper drag. One of the main advantages of EBC Bluestuff NDX is its ability to provide strong braking performance even from a cold start, as well as delivering a progressive brake feel and the capacity to bring a car to a complete stop. EBC has obtained ECE R90 brake safety regulation approval for the R90, and certificates are in the process of being obtained. Although the Bluestuff material may struggle in certain older street-based caliper systems, this is a common issue among competitors as well.
