AST Roll Cages are designed with 4 to 10 anchor points, allowing for either bolting or welding to the chassis, depending on the specific variant and vehicle. Constructed with E355 steel main tubes featuring a 45 mm diameter and secondary tubes with a 40 mm diameter, these cages also include 3 mm thick steel reinforcement plates at the fixing points for maximum safety and seamless installation. Upon delivery, the cage is unpainted. With the utilization of 3D laser scanner technology, AST ensures that each cage is perfectly adapted and easily assembled in the vehicle through ultra-precise dimensional measurements. AST roll cages are available in various versions to accommodate specific needs, such as X or V design, cross or diagonal protections for doors and roof, "Nascar" style side reinforcements, additional bars, compatibility with a sunroof, rear anchoring point location, and consideration for the number of doors, among others. In many cases, modification or removal of interior components like dashboard, door panels, trim, and rear seats is necessary. Each AST roll cage comes with all the necessary hardware and accessories, including reinforcement plates, bolts, documentation, installation instructions, and stickers.
