AST Roll Cages Specifications AST roll cages come in a range of variants with 4 to 10 anchor points, which can be bolted or welded to the chassis depending on the vehicle. They are constructed with E355 steel main tubes (45 mm diameter) and secondary tubes (40 mm diameter). The reinforcement plates for the fixing points are made of 3 mm thick steel, specially adapted to each vehicle for maximum safety and easy installation. Each cage is delivered unpainted and is guaranteed to perfectly adapt and easily assemble in the vehicle, thanks to AST's 3D laser scanner technology for ultra-precise dimensional measurements. AST roll cages are available in different versions, offering options such as X or V design, cross or diagonal protections for doors and roof, "Nascar" style side reinforcements, additional bars, compatibility with a sunroof, location of rear anchoring points, and the number of doors. Modifying or removing interior components such as the dashboard, door panels, trim, and rear seats is generally required.
