AST Roll Cages Specifications AST roll cages are designed with 4 to 10 anchor points that can be bolted or welded to the chassis, depending on the variant and vehicle. The main tubes are made of E355 steel with a diameter of 45 mm, while the secondary tubes have a diameter of 40 mm. The reinforcement plates for the fixing points are constructed from 3 mm thick steel and are specifically tailored to the vehicle for optimal safety and easy installation. Each cage is delivered unpainted. AST uses 3D laser scanner technology for precise dimensional measurements, ensuring perfect adaptation and simple assembly in the vehicle.
