They are constructed from E355 steel main tubes with a 45mm diameter, and secondary tubes with a 40mm diameter. The reinforcement plates for the fixing points are made from 3mm thick steel, tailored to each vehicle for optimal safety and straightforward installation. Each cage is delivered unpainted. AST uses 3D laser scanner technology to ensure perfect adaptation and easy assembly in the vehicle, with ultra-precise dimensional measurements.
