AST Roll Cages come in various configurations with 4 to 10 anchor points that can be bolted or welded to the vehicle's chassis. The main tubes are made of E355 steel with a 45mm diameter, while the secondary tubes have a 40mm diameter. The reinforcement plates for the fixing points are made of 3mm thick steel and are custom-designed for each vehicle to ensure maximum safety and easy installation. The cages are delivered unpainted but are guaranteed to fit perfectly and be easy to assemble thanks to AST's 3D laser scanner technology for precise measurements. The roll cages are available in different versions, including X or V designs, cross or diagonal door and roof protections, "Nascar" style side reinforcements, additional bars, compatibility with a sunroof, and various options for rear anchoring points and number of doors. Installation may require modification or removal of interior components such as dashboard, door panels, trim, and rear seats.
