Titan Motorsport - 1JZ/2JZ Billet Main Cap Set

The billet main caps from Titan Motorsports are meticulously crafted from high tensile billet steel. Originally developed for the 2JZ race program, these main caps have proven to be suitable for most street engines. Higher boost levels in single and larger twin turbo setups can cause stress fractures and cracks in the factory main caps as they were not designed for the increased forces. These main caps are included in Titan Motorsports' short block and race engine packages and are now available separately for custom engine builds. They are compatible with both the 2JZ-GTE engine in the Supra turbo and the 2JZ-GE engine in non-turbo models, but a line bore of the mains will be necessary upon installation. It is recommended to use new ARP Main studs and fresh bearings when installing the Titan Motorsports main caps.
