PHR - 2JZ-GTE Billet Timing Belt Drive Gear (12 Tooth Pickup Wheel)

Polaris-Header-Title_2qj8j: Powerhouse Racing has a long history of developing solutions for common issues with the 2jz engine. One prevalent problem is the timing pickup separating from the main timing belt gear and causing a trigger/sync error, resulting in running and timing issues. To address this, we have designed a one-piece gear to eliminate this issue entirely. Instead of welding the factory gear, PHR has taken the step to CNC a single-piece steel timing gear, providing an even more robust product that is zinc plated to prevent corrosion. **NOTE FOR VVTi***: For a 2JZ with VVTi, the timing gear has a 36-2 tooth setup and is a single piece, eliminating the potential issues associated with the non-VVTi setup. This means there is no need to modify the gear on a VVTi setup.
