DCS - R154 HD Organic Clutch Kit

The term "Heavy Duty" is commonly used in the clutch world, especially for certain vehicle models where we offer 5 levels of Heavy Duty options. One example is the Direct Clutch Heavy Duty kit, which typically provides a 15-20% increase in clamping force without resulting in a firmer pedal. This is achieved through modifications to the pressure plate, including grinding the surface for a flat finish and improved torque capacity. These modifications are referred to as "Level 2 HD." We can also upgrade the Heavy Duty (Level 2) kit to "High Torque" or "Level 3" by changing the diaphragm, resulting in a 25-40% increase in clamping force. Additionally, we offer the "High Torque (HT) Level 3" pressure plate combined with a higher temperature and harder compound disc, known as "Level 4" or "Super Hi Torque." Finally, our "Level 5" option in the Organic range includes a complete new flywheel for superior clutch performance, often featuring a larger diameter and higher clamping force. *Photo is for illustration purposes only
