DCS - R154 HD Cushion Button Clutch Kit

The term "HEAVY DUTY" is commonly used in the clutch world, especially for certain vehicle models where we offer 5 levels of Heavy Duty options. Our Direct Clutch Heavy Duty kit typically provides a 15-20% increase in clamping force without resulting in a firmer pedal, thanks to a modification inside the pressure plate. We also grind the surface for better performance and durability, referring to this as "Level 2 HD." For even higher clamping force, we offer a diaphragm change, resulting in a 25-40% increase, known as the Direct Clutch Hi Torque or Level 3. We also provide the option of combining the High Torque Level 3 pressure plate with a harder compound disc, referred to as Level 4 or the Super Hi Torque. Lastly, our Organic range offers Level 5, which includes a new flywheel for a superior clutch system with larger diameter and higher clamping force. *Photo is for illustration purposes only.
